Mondal Communication

Mondal Communication is situated in the Aberi Apartment building on Ghoshpara. We are over in the Krishnapur area, quite close to Milan Bazar. It is a nice enough neighborhood, mostly residential with families walking around. Our shop is on the ground floor, so people living in the apartments above often stop by. We deal with all sorts of communication needs like SIM cards and bill payments. The shop is cozy, maybe a little too small when we have more than two customers. There is a small window that looks out onto the street, and we can see the fruit sellers near Milan Bazar from there. We have been in this spot for a few years now. The walls are painted a light blue, but they need a new coat soon. We have a few plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait for their recharges to go through. Krishnapur gets quite busy in the evenings when everyone returns from their jobs. That is usually our busiest time. We hear the kids playing outside and the sound of the evening prayers from nearby. It is a very local feel here. We know the names of half the people who walk in. We are not trying to change the world or anything. We just provide a simple service to the folks in the Aberi Apartment and the surrounding streets. It is a steady way to spend the day.
