Larsen & Toubro Through Sub Contractor

We are working through a sub-contractor here in East Bidyadhar Pur. You can find us at Subrata Sharma Hindusthan Colony, which is in the North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal. It’s a bit of a local operation for Larsen & Toubro. We don't have a massive corporate building here. Instead, we work out of a modest space that fits the needs of the local project. Most of our time is spent talking to the workers and making sure we have enough materials for the week. The office is just a place to keep the records and have a quick meeting. It’s a bit cluttered with tools and folders, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, except when we have deliveries coming in. We try to be good neighbors and not make too much of a mess. It’s an honest way to work, just being on the ground and seeing the progress every day. We aren't fancy people. We wear our work boots and spend more time outside than inside. It’s about getting the job done without too much fuss. Being in this part of West Bengal means dealing with some rough roads and the monsoon, but we just take it as it comes. It's regular work for regular people, just trying to keep the project moving forward.
