You can find us up on the 15th floor of the Adventz Infinity building. It’s in Unit 1503, right in the middle of the Sec-5 area of Saltlake. Being up this high gives a pretty good view of North 24 Parganas, though we spend most of our time looking at computer screens or stacks of papers. L G SUBHGRIHA LLP is where we handle the planning for various housing projects. It’s a modern building, but our office feels like any other workplace where people are just trying to get through their to-do lists. We have a small crew here. Some of us have been in the property business for years, and others are newer to it. We deal with a lot of the technical side of things, like making sure the layouts are right and the permissions are all in order. It’s not always exciting work, but it has to be done. We try to keep things grounded, even if we are on the 15th floor. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or the internet goes slow, just like anywhere else. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We’re just focused on getting the details right so that the buildings actually turn out okay. If you ever stop by, you'll see we're just regular people working on making homes happen. It’s a busy spot in West Bengal, and we’re just glad to be part of it. The wind gets loud up here sometimes.
