We’ve been at Basu Nagar Gate for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Ward No7. People know the gate well because it’s a bit of a landmark for the locals around here. We just do our work here at number 3. It's not a big fancy place, just a regular office where we handle things day to day. Sometimes it gets really noisy outside because of the trucks and the traffic coming through the gate. We’ve seen the area change over the years. Some neighbors have moved out, and new businesses have come in, but we just stay put. We keep our heads down and get the job done. If you're looking for us, look for the small sign near the gate. It's quite easy to miss if you aren't paying close attention to the house numbers. We've got a small team here, just a few of us. Most of us have been working here since the start. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and some storage in the back. It gets the job done for us. We handle international stuff, which I guess sounds bigger than it actually is, but it's really just us coordinating things from this little spot. The local tea stall is right around the corner, which is where we usually go for breaks. It's a decent place to work. We try to stay organized, but honestly, it gets cluttered often. That's just how it goes when you're busy with paperwork.
