Kailash Ice

Kailash Ice is situated on Kachari Road in Bhatpara. Our address is a bit long because we are in the 24 Parganas North district, specifically near the Kankinara post office and Jagatdal police station. We’ve been operating in this area for quite some time. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep things cold. There are a few of us here every day, usually just checking the temperature of the units and helping people out. Kachari Road is a central part of town, so we see a lot of different people. It’s a very local operation. We don't have a big office or anything like that. We just work from the shop. Bhatpara is where we live and work, so we know the community well. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to worry about the ice, but we manage. It’s just part of the routine. We don't do a lot of talking about ourselves. We’d rather just get the work done. The shop is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We keep the place clean and the stock updated. People know us by name around here. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We’re just a regular fixture on Kachari Road, doing what we’ve always done. We stay open late most nights to catch the late crowd.
