JRR REAL ESTATE PROJECTS LLP

We are located in Salt Lake, Sector I, specifically at BA-14 on the first floor. If you know the area, you know it's one of the more organized parts of the city. JRR Real Estate Projects LLP is run from this office where the streets are lined with trees. It’s a lot different than the more congested parts of town. We have a few rooms where we keep our drawings and computers. Most mornings start with a quick meeting to see who is going to which site. We work on a few projects at a time and try not to get ahead of ourselves. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know each other's habits. We talk a lot about things like floor plans and how much cement we need for the next pour. It isn't always exciting, but it’s what we do. Salt Lake is a nice place to work because you can actually find parking and it's relatively quiet. We get a lot of people walking in because they live in the neighborhood and saw our sign. We tell them what we are currently building and show them the progress photos. There’s no pressure or anything. We just explain the layout and how long we think the work will take. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city, just the most reliable one in our little corner of Salt Lake. Most of our evenings end with locking up the office and grabbing food nearby.
