Joyrath Projects Pvt. Ltd.

This side of Joyrath Projects is based in Rajibpur village. It’s under the Ashokenagar police station in North 24 Parganas. Working in the village is different from being in the middle of a big city. It’s a lot quieter, and you can actually hear the birds in the trees outside our window. We occupy a small, one-story building here. It’s where we handle some of the more local project details. Usually, there are only a few of us in the office at any given time. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting the nearby sites to see how things are moving. The roads around here can be a bit bumpy, especially after a heavy rain. We have some basic furniture, a couple of older computers, and lots of green folders. We don’t really do anything fancy for the office space. It’s just a place to sit and coordinate the daily tasks. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we all walk or bike to the office every morning. It feels like a small community. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news or what's happening at the market. It’s a practical way to run a business. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local group trying to make things happen in our corner of West Bengal. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just sit on the steps and wait.
