Jessop & Co Ltd

Our place is on Elias Road, number 80, over in Agarpara. It’s right in the heart of the North 24 Parganas area, really close to the city but with its own feel. Kolkata life is always loud and moving, and Agarpara is no different. We’ve been at this West Bengal address for quite a long time. The building is a bit worn on the outside, and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it’s sturdy. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look special. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start the day. The pin 700058 is where we call home. We see the same people walking past every day on their way to the station. Sometimes we stop for a quick tea at the stall nearby before starting the afternoon shift. There are a lot of files to handle and not enough hours in the day, it seems. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just Jessop & Co Ltd, and we’ve been here through the heat and the rains. It gets a bit damp during the monsoon, and we have to move some boxes around to keep them dry. It’s a practical way of living. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a real reason for it. We’re just regular folks.
