The office is located at 116B, Radhaballav Road in Naihati, which is in the North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal. The pin code is 743165. Radhaballav Road is a busy street and there is always something going on outside our door. Being part of Itd Cementation here means we are right in the middle of the local hustle. The office is in an older building with high ceilings and some stains on the walls, but it’s our home base. We have a lot of steel cabinets filled with old records because we’ve been around for a while. It gets very noisy with the trains nearby and the rickshaws honking their horns. We just talk a little louder to hear each other. The summer heat is quite tough, so we have a few old fans that rattle while they spin. We spend most of the day coordinating things over the phone or meeting with people who come by. It is a very no-nonsense environment. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a local guy who brings us tea in clay cups. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows your name and we don't worry about being too formal. We just want to get the work finished so we can catch the train home at the end of the day.
