Our branch is located at 319A, N.S. Sarani in the Manicpore area of Dum Dum, Kolkata. We are pretty close to the airport, so we hear the planes taking off and landing all day long. The office is in a place called Manasbhumi, right near Sukurali More. It is a busy intersection, and there is always a lot of noise and people moving around. We do a lot of cementation and engineering work from this spot. Inside, the office is filled with stacks of papers, old maps, and site photos pinned to the walls. We have been at this location for a good while, so we are very familiar with the local area around Italgacha. Our team is usually out in the field, but a few of us stay here to keep things running. It’s a bit of a cramped space sometimes when everyone is back from the sites at the same time. We usually have the radio on and a pot of tea going. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We don't worry about looking like a big corporate firm. We just focus on getting the technical details of our projects right. Finding us is easy if you tell the rickshaw driver to go towards Sukurali More. We are just a bunch of people working hard to get the projects completed on time. The humidity here in Kolkata can be tough, but we just get on with it.
