You can find us in the Ariadaha area of Kolkata, right near the Seba Samiti Club. Biswanath Mondal is the main person here at this location. We are part of the ITD Cementation team, and we spend our time working on construction and foundation projects. The office is situated in a lively part of the neighborhood where there is always something going on. We have a lot of workers coming by to pick up their schedules or check on the materials we have stored. It is a very practical environment. There is usually some dust on the furniture and the sound of the ceiling fan is always in the background. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. Being near the club makes it easy for people to find us since everyone knows where that is. We have been here for a while and feel like we are part of the local scene. The work is physically demanding and involves a lot of coordination with different teams across the city. We deal with cement, steel, and heavy machinery on a daily basis. It is not always easy, especially when the weather is hot and humid, but we have a good group of people who know what they are doing. We just try to get the jobs done properly.
