This office is set up in Kalyangarh, over in the North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal. We’re located at 1495/A/10, c/o C.S. Indu. It’s a bit of a local spot, not in the middle of a big city center. We like it that way because it's quieter. We’ve been here long enough that the postman doesn't even have to look at the number anymore. The office is part of a larger building and it’s pretty modest. We have our desks, some old computers, and a lot of project binders. We don't go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s a practical space where we can focus. Sometimes the weather gets really humid, and we just have the fans going full blast. It’s not a polished corporate environment. It’s a place where work actually happens. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. Most of our days are spent going through reports or planning out the next steps for our local projects. It feels very connected to the neighborhood. We aren't trying to pretend we’re a massive multinational from this office. We’re just the local team handling our part of the business. It’s simple, maybe a bit cluttered, but it works for us. The shelves are overflowing with old files, and we keep saying we’ll archive them next month. There’s a stray dog that hangs around the entrance who we feed every afternoon.
