Our office is on the 1st floor of Trisha Apartment on C Road. We are based in the Anandapuri area of Barrackpore. It’s a nice enough spot in Kolkata. We deal with building products and stay quite busy with it. Being on the first floor means we see a lot of what’s happening on the street. We don’t have a big corporate lobby. You just walk up the stairs and you’re there. It’s a small, functional space. We spend our days answering calls and keeping track of orders. Barrackpore is a good place to work, even if the humidity gets a bit much sometimes. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The pin code is 700122. We don’t use any complicated business strategies. We just focus on getting the products where they need to go. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we catch up eventually. We aren't a big fancy outfit with hundreds of people. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We get to know the regulars who come by. It’s a very local feel. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. We just do the work and hope people are satisfied. Most of the time, things go smoothly. If they don’t, we just fix it. That’s how we operate. We keep the doors open and the phones working. It’s pretty straightforward and we like it that way.
