Icon Infotech

Icon Infotech is located at 3/24 Olai Chandi Road in the Udaipur area, which is under the Nimta post office in Kolkata. The pin code here is 700049. We have been operating from this small spot for a while now. It is not a high-tech lab or a modern office building. It is just a room with some old wooden desks and several computers that are always running. Kolkata is a humid place, so we have a couple of fans going all day to keep the air moving. We mostly spend our time doing technical work and fixing software issues for people. The street outside can get quite loud with the rickshaws and people walking by. We are a small group of friends and colleagues who have been working together for years. We don't have a corporate hierarchy or any of those fancy titles. Everyone just does what needs to be done. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is common around here, so we just take a break and wait it out. It is a very grounded way to run a tech business. We like being in Nimta because it feels like a real neighborhood where people actually talk to each other. We are just a local bunch of guys who know our way around a motherboard and we don't plan on moving anywhere else soon.
