Gurudas Construction

We are based in Belghoria, right on R.K. Mission Road at 1/39. It is a well-known part of Kolkata, and we have been part of the landscape here for a while. Our work involves a lot of outdoor time at different sites, but this is where we keep the records and meet up in the mornings. The office is small and filled with the smell of old paper and maybe a bit of cement dust from someone’s boots. Kolkata is a busy city, and Belghoria has its own rhythm, which we are used to by now. Construction isn't always easy, especially when the monsoon rains hit and everything has to slow down. We just take it as it comes. On a normal day, you’ll find us talking to contractors or checking on supply orders for sand and steel. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace for a construction crew. Most of our tools are out on the sites, so the office stays relatively quiet until the end of the day when everyone comes back. We know the local roads and the suppliers in West Bengal pretty well. It’s a straightforward operation. We just try to do a decent job on the houses and walls we build. Gurudas Construction is just a bunch of us working hard on the R.K. Mission Road to make sure the building work gets done without any unnecessary delays or problems.
