Gillanders Arbuthnot & Co.Unit:Micco. C/O. Mrs.Dipali Ghosh, House Of Ghosh Builder, Halisahar. Our setup here is a little unique because we’re operating out of the House of Ghosh Builder in Halisahar. It belongs to Mrs. Dipali Ghosh, and it’s right in the Nabanagar area of North 24 Parganas. It’s more of a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a typical stiff office environment. We’re near the Chittaranjan side, and you can hear the local life going on all around us while we work. We handle the Micco unit’s business from here, which means a lot of coordinating between different sites and keeping track of the local logistics. It’s a comfortable spot, and being in a house makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. We have our files organized in the main rooms and a couple of desks where we manage the phones. The neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going by now. It’s a lot of talking to drivers, checking on materials, and making sure the paperwork for the district is all in order. We don't have a big sign outside or anything, just a quiet place where we get our daily tasks finished. The commute through Halisahar can be a bit slow with the narrow streets, but it’s a nice area to be based in. We just focus on keeping the records straight and making sure the Unit stays connected to the rest of the company operations.
