Ganguram Ice Cream

Ganguram Ice Cream is located out in Awalsiddhi, which is near the Hisabi post office in the Amdanga area. It’s quite a distance from the main city, so things are much slower here. We operate out of a modest building that we’ve had for a long time. The roads around Amdanga can get pretty muddy during the monsoon, which makes it hard for the supply vans to reach us. We mostly serve the local villages and the small shops in the nearby market. It’s a family-run thing, so there’s always someone around, even if it’s late. We don’t have a website or any of that modern stuff. Word of mouth is how people find out about us. We spend our mornings preparing the mixes and our afternoons dealing with the heat. The power supply in this part of the district can be a bit unreliable, so we have to be very careful with our stock. We don't use any complicated words to describe what we do. We just make the ice cream and sell it to anyone who stops by. The neighbors often drop in just to chat, which is nice. It feels more like a community spot than a business sometimes. We just keep doing what we know and hope the rain doesn't wash out the road this year. It's a quiet way to live and work, far away from the big city noise.
