We are based in Salt Lake, specifically in Section 3 at Fd 44. It’s a nice enough area with plenty of trees around the streets. Our office is in a regular building where a few other businesses also have space. We work on tech solutions, mostly involving tracking and logistics data. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and specialized software. The team here is pretty relaxed. We don't have a strict dress code or anything. Most of us have been working together for a few years now. The commute isn't too bad if you take the bypass. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and sometimes share lunch. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just have tasks to finish and we do them. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains heavily, which is common in Kolkata. We just wait it out or find something offline to do. Our desks are a bit messy with notebooks and chargers. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want our software to work correctly for the people using it. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time. It’s a steady pace of work at Etrans Solutions Pvt Ltd. We like being in Salt Lake because it’s a bit quieter than the main city center. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
