Essar Construction Ltd.

Essar Construction Ltd. is based out of the Barasat area in West Bengal. Our main office is located on K.K. Mitra Road, specifically at 20/B, and we operate care of K.N. Das. It’s right there in the North 24 Parganas district. If you know the roads around here, you know it can get a bit crowded with traffic, but it’s home for us. We handle all our coordination and planning from this spot in Kolkata, pin code 700124. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our records and meet with the guys before they head out to the sites. We’ve been part of the Barasat community for some time now. Most of the work involves keeping track of materials and making sure the construction schedules are met. It’s a lot of phone calls and ledger books. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. We just focus on the construction tasks at hand. Being on K.K. Mitra Road helps because we are central to where a lot of the local building is happening. Every morning starts with a tea and a quick look at the plan for the day. It’s a practical setup. We know the neighbors and they know us. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever project is currently on the list. It is a simple way of doing business but it gets the job done for everyone.
