If you find yourself in Ichapore, specifically the Nawabganj side, you’ll probably pass by our place. We are located at Indrapuri, which is a fairly well-known pocket in this district. Electrosteel Casting Ltd has been operating out of this spot for a long time. It’s not the quietest neighborhood, especially with the local activity and the post office nearby. The building is practical. We use it for our casting business, so it’s built for heavy lifting rather than looking pretty. There’s always someone around, whether it’s the guys on the floor or someone handling the paperwork in the back. The North 24 Parganas heat can be something else in the summer, but the fans keep things moving. We don't spend much time on decorations. Our walls have posters from years ago and the desks are piled with files. It’s a real working environment. Most of the staff here have been with us for a long time. We know the local tea stall owner and the rickshaw pullers outside. It’s part of the community here in Nawabganj. We aren't trying to be something we’re not.
