Electronica Machine Tools Ltd.

It’s pretty humid today in Salt Lake City, but that’s just how Kolkata is most of the time. Our office is over in Sector-3, at HB-324/4. It’s a fairly standard building in a busy part of town. Working for Electronica Machine Tools Ltd. from this side of India means we deal with a lot of different people every day. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with enough room for our desks and all the paperwork that piles up. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. There are always people walking by and the sound of traffic in the distance. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the machine tools side of things. It’s a lot of logistical work and phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just take a break and wait for it to come back on. We aren't trying to be the biggest or flashiest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. The tea here is good, and there are plenty of small shops nearby if we need anything. It’s a practical location for what we do, and we’ve made this little corner of West Bengal our own over the years. We just keep plugging away at the daily tasks and making sure the paperwork gets filed correctly before the day is over.
