Dtdc Courier & Cargo

We are right here at 347/1 Dum Dum Park in Kolkata. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy spot with lots of people coming and going. Dtdc Courier & Cargo is what we do, which mostly means we are surrounded by parcels, envelopes, and a lot of tape. The morning starts early here because that’s when the first batch of deliveries comes in. We spend a lot of time sorting through things and making sure the addresses are correct. Kolkata is a city that never really stops, and Dum Dum Park is no exception. Our office is more of a hub where things are moving in and out all day long. We have a few counters for people to drop off their packages, and the back is filled with crates and bags. It’s not a fancy corporate office; it’s a working space. We deal with the 700055 area mostly, but we send things everywhere. The monsoon season can be tricky with the rain, but we try to keep the parcels dry and moving. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just take a box from one person and get it to the next person. It’s a lot of legwork and phone calls, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it feels like second nature now. Everyone knows everyone around this part of the park and the daily grind.
