Dlf Laing O Rourke

Our workspace is over in Kolkata, specifically at Subha Mangal Niwas on Teghoria Jhowtala Road. We are near Tara Apartment, which is a big landmark for people trying to find us in this maze of streets. B Pradhan handles things here, and the office is set up within the building belonging to Ashok Kumar. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around, especially since Jhowtala Road is a main artery for the area. The building itself is a typical Kolkata structure, nothing too modern or flashy. Inside, we’ve got our office space where we handle things for Dlf Laing O Rourke. It’s often a bit noisy outside with the traffic, the horns, and the local shops, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big corporate sign outside, so you have to look for the house number 10/4827. Our days consist of a lot of coordination and managing local construction details. There’s a lot of tea drinking while we go over plans and schedules. We don't use fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and a paper ledger work just fine. It’s a small, tight-knit group of people working here. We focus on the practical side of the projects, making sure the daily tasks are handled. It's just a regular office in a regular residential area of Kolkata, where we try to stay organized and get our work done without much trouble.
