Our place is over in Naihati, right on Makkeswar Ghat Road. If you know the area in North 24 Parganas, you’ve probably passed by 14 Makkeswar Ghat Road at some point. It’s a busy street, especially with the river nearby. We’ve been operating out of this spot for years. It’s not fancy or anything. Most of the time, the air is a bit damp from the water, and you can hear the sounds of the town all day long. We deal with whatever comes our way in the business. My name is Dipak, and I’m usually around the premises making sure things are moving along. We have a small setup here. It’s mostly just keeping track of orders and talking to the people who stop by. West Bengal has its own pace, and Naihati feels like its own little world sometimes. We don't have a big corporate office or a lot of staff running around with clipboards. It’s more about being part of the local neighborhood and knowing the people around us. Sometimes the power goes out or the rains make the road a bit messy, but we just keep the doors open and do our work. It’s a straightforward life here. We don’t spend much time thinking about big expansions. We just focus on what’s right in front of us today. People know where to find us if they need anything, and that’s usually enough to keep us busy through the week.
