Chiketa Eximan

We are located at C.B. 199 in Sector-1 of Kolkata, right here in West Bengal. The 700064 area is a decent place to be, and our office at Chiketa Eximan is right in the thick of things. It is not a huge place, just enough room for our desks and the big stacks of documents we need for the export and import side of the business. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or the phone, trying to track down exactly where shipments are or dealing with the customs paperwork that never seems to end. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with tea mugs on the desks and old posters on the walls that have been there for years. We do not have a big fancy lobby, so when people come to visit us, they usually just pull up a mismatched chair next to whoever is free at the moment. Kolkata is a busy city, and sometimes getting things moved from Sector-1 over to the port can be a real headache with the traffic, but we have learned to plan our days around it. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team that knows the business and works hard to keep things moving. It is practical work, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We like the neighborhood and the fact that we can find a good snack.
