We know the local people well. Many of the workers live just a short walk away. We have a small yard where we store the raw materials. It’s a practical place. We don’t spend money on decor or nice furniture. We have some wooden chairs and a big table where we look at the orders. It gets muddy when it rains, so we have to be careful with the trucks coming into the yard. We’ve been part of the Jatia community for many years. It's steady, honest work. We just show up, do the melting and the casting, and make sure the count is right at the end of the day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. It keeps us busy and the work is consistent.
