We are located at 5/10 Snuff Mill Street in the Belgharia area of Kolkata. It’s an interesting name for a street, and the area itself has a lot of history. Our office is in a regular building that’s seen better days, but it serves us well enough. We do logistics, which basically means we are the middle people making sure items get from the factory to the warehouse or the shop. It involves a lot of phone calls and a lot of checking on manifests. The street outside can get pretty cramped, especially when deliveries are happening. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting at our desks with the fans whirring overhead. We aren't a high-tech startup. We are a group of people who know how to move freight around West Bengal and beyond. We’ve got some old maps on the wall and a small kitchen area where we make tea. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t spend money on expensive furniture or glass walls. We’d rather just focus on making sure the shipments aren't late. Belgharia is a busy place, and being right here on Snuff Mill Street puts us in the thick of it. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we’ve learned that being honest about delays and simple in our dealings works best. It’s a plain, straightforward business run by regular people who know their job and don't try to over-promise.
