Blooming Bud Homes LLP

We’re located in the Ecocentre at Salt Lake, specifically in Unit No ECSL 0513. It’s over in Sector V, which is a very busy area in North 24 Parganas. Blooming Bud Homes LLP is where we handle all our home building and real estate business. The office is in a big block called Block EM, so there are always a lot of other businesses and people around us. It gets pretty crowded during the morning and evening commute times. Inside our unit, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and several computers. We spend our time looking at floor plans and talking to people who might want to buy a place. It’s a lot of explaining things and making sure all the paperwork is in order for the bank. We don't use any fancy language or try to impress anyone with big words. We’re just here to do the job we’ve been given. The air conditioning is usually running because it gets so humid in this part of West Bengal. Sometimes we have meetings that go on much longer than they need to, but mostly we just try to be efficient and get things done. We aren't a giant company, just a local outfit trying to build some decent homes for people. It’s a lot of coordination with different workers and suppliers across the city. We’ve been in this office for a while and it suits us just fine.
