Bird Groups

We spend most of our time here at Madhyamgram Chowmatha. It’s a busy spot near the New Market area. Bird Groups is just a bunch of us working out of this space. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and a lot of tea. Some days are loud because of the traffic outside, but we get used to it. We've been in Madhyamgram for a while now. Most of the people here live close by, so we just walk or take a rickshaw. It makes things easier. We handle different types of work throughout the week. Sometimes things get a bit messy with paperwork piled up, but we manage to find what we need eventually. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing with meetings every hour. We just talk across the room if something needs doing. If someone’s out, someone else picks up the slack. That’s how it goes. People often drop by just to ask directions since we’re right by the market. We don't mind. It’s part of being in this neighborhood. The building isn't brand new, but it works for us. We try to keep things moving. There’s always someone coming or going. We’ve seen the shops around us change over the years. This part of town has its own rhythm. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. It is just a living.
