Binodini Furniture

Our shop, Binodini Furniture, is situated in the Katyan Co Operative area of Birati. It’s a relatively quiet part of the neighborhood, which suits us just fine. We have been selling all kinds of home furniture here for quite a while. The space is filled with the scent of wood and polish, something you get used to after a few days of working here. We don't have a large staff, so usually, it's just a couple of us handling everything from unloading the trucks to talking with the customers. The shop isn't very big, so we have to stack chairs and tables quite high. It can be a bit of a maze sometimes. We focus on providing things that people actually need for their daily lives, like sturdy beds or simple kitchen racks. Birati is a place where people value things that last, so we try to keep that in mind when we're picking our stock. We don't have fancy brochures or a shiny storefront. It’s just a plain shop with a lot of furniture inside. Sometimes we sit out front in the evenings when business is slow and just watch the traffic go by. It’s a very local operation, and we know most of the families who live on the nearby streets. We just try to be helpful and keep the shop running as best as we can every single day. There’s always more wood to polish or a customer to help.
