Arkas Tution

Our center is at 219, Apc Roy Road in Birati, which is very close to the railway station. Being so near the station makes it easy for students to reach us, even if they are coming from a few stops away. Kolkata can be a bit crowded, but this part of Birati has a nice local feel to it. We have been running these classes for a while, helping kids with their school subjects. It is just a regular house turned into a study space. We have benches and desks, and the walls are covered with notes and schedules. It isn't a corporate setup by any means. We are just local teachers who want to see the kids in our neighborhood do well. Sometimes the noise from the trains passing by can be heard, but we have all gotten used to it by now. We don't use any fancy teaching methods, just the old-school way of reading, writing, and practicing. Parents often stop by to chat about how their children are doing. We know most of the families around here. It’s a very informal atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions. We are open in the mornings and evenings, basically whenever the students aren't in their regular school classes. There’s no big mission statement here, just a lot of hard work and plenty of tea to keep us going through the day.
