Als Haryana

Our office is based in a village called Amboula, which falls under the Natagram post office in the North 24 Parganas district. The pincode for this area in West Bengal is 743249. Being out here means we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and open fields, which is quite nice for a change. Als Haryana operates from a small, simple building that doesn't have any fancy signs or lights. It is a very quiet place to work, far away from the noisy streets of the bigger towns. We have a few desks and some basic chairs where we sit and handle our daily tasks. Because it is a village, the pace is a lot slower and we know most of our neighbors. We have to keep an eye on the power because it can go out quite often, especially when the weather is bad. We don't have any high-tech gadgets, just a couple of computers and our phones to stay in touch with people. Most of our day is spent dealing with local logistics and making sure everything is in order. We start early in the morning and usually try to finish up before the sun goes down. There isn't any corporate talk or big meetings here. It is just a few of us doing our jobs in a plain room in the middle of the countryside. It’s a simple life and a simple way of working.
