Most people just tell the taxi or rickshaw to head toward the hospital and then find us from there. It's a decent area. Not too much noise compared to the middle of the city, but it has its busy times. The office itself is nothing fancy. It’s just a place where we sit and get through our paperwork and meetings. We’ve been here for a good while now. You see the same faces walking by every morning. Some of us have been in Kolkata our whole lives, so we’re used to the humidity and the pace of things in Salt Lake. The building is simple, and we haven't done much to change it. It’s a practical space. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a small group of us doing our jobs. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we manage. If you’re looking for a shiny corporate headquarters, this isn’t it. It’s just a regular office near the eye hospital where we do our thing. We like it this way. It feels more real and less like a show. That's about it really. We just show up and do what needs doing every day.
