Shahi Export Pvt.Ltd has a location out in the village of Pheena, which is in the Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh. Being out here is quite different from being in a city like Noida or Delhi. The pace is tied to the local surroundings, and many of the people who work with us come from the nearby villages. Our facility is a place where we handle a lot of the production and sorting that goes into our export business. It’s a large, open space that can get quite dusty because of the roads nearby, but it’s where the real work happens. We don't have fancy office furniture or polished floors here. Instead, you’ll find rows of people working on machines and piles of fabric ready to be processed. The weather plays a big part in our day, especially during the monsoon when the roads can get a bit tricky for the trucks. We’ve become a part of the Pheena community over the years, and it’s a good feeling to see the local economy moving because of the work we do. It’s honest work, and it’s often tiring, but it’s what we know. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy logos. We just focus on the orders and making sure everything is packed correctly before it leaves Bijnor for its long journey to the customers. It’s a simple, hardworking setup for everyone involved.
