Out here in Village Noorpur, life moves at its own pace. We set up Pilibhit Farmers Producer Companylimited at Khasra No 299, right near Post Shahi. It’s basically a group of us from the village who realized that we should probably work together instead of everyone trying to figure things out on their own. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. We just know the land around here. Most days you'll find us dealing with the usual stuff like soil, water, and making sure the crops are growing okay. We use the space at Khasra No 299 for our meetings and to store things when we need to. It’s a quiet place, and we like it that way. We aren’t trying to be some huge company that forgets where it came from. We are just farmers. Sometimes we talk about new ways to grow things, but mostly we just stick to what works for our soil in Pilibhit. It can be a bit of a struggle when the rains don’t come or when prices drop, but having this company helps us stay a bit more stable. We handle everything ourselves, from the heavy lifting to the basic record-keeping. It's a local effort through and through, run by people who actually live here and work the fields every single day. We are doing the best we can with the tools we have, and that is enough for us right now.
