WYN LIMITED

Working inside the Noida Special Economic Zone is a bit different than a normal office. We are at units 15 and 16. At WYN LIMITED, we have to deal with the security gates and the ID checks every single morning, which can be a bit of a headache if you’re running late. The SEZ is a big place with lots of similar-looking buildings, so it’s easy to get lost if you don't know your way around. Our space is fairly functional. We have a lot of desks and a storage area that’s usually overflowing with stuff. It’s a busy environment where people are always rushing somewhere with a folder in their hand. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with meetings for everything. Usually, we just shout across the room if we need to ask someone a question. The cafeteria nearby is where most of us end up for lunch, and it’s always a topic of conversation whether the food is good or not that day. It’s a lot of hours, especially when there are big deadlines, and the commute back into Noida or over to Delhi can be long. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of things to do. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do, and we’ve gotten pretty good at the routine of it over the years.
