Walltracts India Pvt. Ltd. has its setup in Noida. We don't have a flashy storefront or a big sign. It’s just a regular office where we get our work done. Noida is a place that has changed a lot since we first started. There are so many new sectors and high-rises now. It feels very different from how it used to be. Our space is functional and simple. We have what we need to handle our daily tasks and not much else. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We think being honest and practical is more important. Our team is quite small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here. We just talk and decide what needs to happen next. We usually eat our lunch together at a small place nearby. It’s a good way to take a break from the screens. Sometimes the work piles up and we have to stay late, but that's just part of it. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to finish our projects and move on to the next one. Being in Noida makes it easy to reach clients in different parts of the region. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work. It’s a straightforward life for us here in the office.
