We are based at C-33 in Sector 58, which is part of Gautam Budh Nagar Phase III. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it is a busy industrial zone. There are factories and warehouses all around us here. Our unit is fairly large because we need the space for all the sports and fashion items we handle. It can get pretty noisy in Phase III with all the trucks and machinery nearby, but you get used to it after the first week. Inside C-33, we have racks and bins everywhere. It is not the most organized looking place if you are used to a clean office, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the different sections. The air conditioning works okay, but on the really hot days, we definitely feel the heat inside the warehouse. We don't have a big corporate team, just a bunch of us who have been doing this for a while. We eat our lunch together in the small break area when we have the time. Sector 58 is a good place for us because it’s easy for the transport links. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on top of the inventory lists at Wadhwania Sports & Fashion.
