Viva Dental Clinic Noida

I opened Viva Dental Clinic Noida in Sector 31 back when this block was much quieter. We are at B-84A, right in B-Block. It is a residential area, so it feels more like a house than a medical building. I live not too far from here, which makes the commute easy. The clinic is basically two rooms that I converted for dental work. We have a small area where people can sit and wait, though it is usually just a couple of people at a time. I do not like the feeling of those big, sterile hospitals, so I kept the walls a soft color and put some plants by the window. My assistant, Sunita, has been with me for three years and she handles the appointments. We do not have an automated system; we just write things down in a big diary. Sometimes we run a little behind schedule if a procedure takes longer than expected, but people around here are usually patient. We see a lot of the same families year after year. It is nice to see the kids growing up. We do not do any big marketing or have a neon sign. There is just a small board outside the gate. Most people find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. It is a very local, small-scale operation, and that is how I prefer to run it. I spend most of my time here from morning until the evening.
