Our facility is located at G-1, Site-B in Surajpur, which is a bit out of the main city. It’s a large industrial site where we focus on different kinds of lighting. The building is quite big, and we have a lot of space for testing and assembly. There are rows and rows of workbenches where we put things together. It’s bright inside, obviously, because we have lights on all the time for testing. The air in Surajpur is a bit clearer than in the city center, which is nice. We have a small team of workers who know exactly how to handle the delicate parts. Sometimes we have hundreds of bulbs or fixtures spread out, and we have to check each one. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we find a rhythm in it. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a pile of boxes or looking at a circuit board. We keep a simple kitchen area for the staff to have their lunch and tea. The commute for some of us is long, so we try to make the most of the day once we arrive. We just focus on making sure the lights work before they are packed up. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We try to stay organized, even when we have a big shipment going out and the warehouse gets a bit chaotic.
