Vinayak Hospitals

We’ve been running Vinayak Hospitals in Sector 27 for quite some time now. It’s a decent area, mostly residential with some small shops scattered around the blocks. The building itself is nothing out of the ordinary, just a regular brick and mortar place that does the job it was built for. We have different sections for different medical needs, but it’s all kept under one roof to make things easier. The staff usually gets here around seven-thirty in the morning to start the shift change and get the cleaning done. We see a lot of elderly folks from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. They know our names and we know theirs, which makes the day go by faster. The waiting area has some old wooden benches and a few mismatched plastic chairs. It’s not much to look at, but we keep it clean. We try to keep the pharmacy stocked so people don't have to wander off too far to find their medicine. Sometimes the water cooler breaks down and we have to call the repair guy to come out, but usually, things run okay. We don't have a marketing team or any glossy brochures. We just put our name on the front of the building and people come in when they aren't feeling well. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us and for the people who live nearby. We just focus on the health of the neighborhood.
