Shree Ram Palace, 5th floor. Near Vinayak Hospital. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is being slow. We are in units A-7 and A-8. It’s a busy workspace. We spend most of the day surrounded by wrapping paper, boxes, and various items waiting to be sent out. It’s not a big retail store where people browse the aisles. It’s more of an office and packing hub. The desks are usually covered in tape dispensers and shipping labels. Since we are near the hospital, the street outside is always crowded with people and ambulances. We can hear the traffic from up here on the fifth floor. It’s a tight space when we get a lot of inventory in at once. We spend a lot of time double-checking addresses and making sure things are packed tight so they don't break. It’s just a handful of us working here. Sometimes we lose track of time because there’s always another box to tape up. The office doesn’t have fancy decorations, just shelves stacked high with products. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and keep moving. It's a simple operation, really. We just come in, handle the orders, and make sure the couriers get everything before they leave for the day. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
