You can find Vinal Power Control Pvt. Ltd. over at B-92 in Sector-60. It’s a pretty standard industrial block, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our setup for dealing with power control systems. It’s mostly rows of cabinets and a lot of wiring projects that stay in progress for a few days. The office part is just a couple of desks tucked into the corner. We spend more time on the floor than behind a computer screen. Sector-60 stays pretty busy during the work week, so there is always noise from the neighboring units. We’ve been here for a while and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it hasn’t been a priority. We focus more on making sure the panels are wired correctly. It’s a small group of us here. We don't have a HR department or big fancy manuals. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. The air conditioning in the office works okay, but it gets warm out where the main work happens. We keep a stash of spare parts in the back room that only a few of us can actually navigate without getting lost. It’s a practical way to run things. We just try to keep our heads down and finish the work that comes in. There is no corporate polish here, just people working.
