Vijay Art

I've been working here at Vijay Art for quite some time now. We are located right on Main Dadri Road, which is pretty much always busy with cars and bikes zooming past. You can find us easily if you know where the police station in Barola is, as we are just a stone’s throw away from there. This part of Sector 49 has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it. The shop isn't anything fancy or high-tech. It’s just a place where we keep our tools, some cans of paint, and the materials we need for the day's work. Most mornings start with moving things around to make space. It’s a bit of a cramped area, and sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, but that is just how it is. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People usually just walk in because they saw our sign while stuck in traffic or they live nearby in the neighborhood. It gets pretty loud outside with the horns and the general chaos of the street, but we just keep our heads down and get the tasks done. We aren’t trying to be some big corporation; we are just local folks doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the tea guy comes by, and we take a short break, then it’s back to the brushes and the boards until it’s time to close up for the night.
