Varsha Manpower Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Sector 16 at A-27 B. It is a busy place most of the time because people are always coming in and out looking for jobs or asking about staff for their businesses. We have a small office team that handles all the paperwork. It gets a bit crowded on Monday mornings especially. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes on the computer. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. The office is easy to find once you get into the sector, right near the main road. We have been in this building for some time now and know the neighbors pretty well. Dealing with people is complicated sometimes because everyone wants something different. We try to keep things organized with files and folders, though the desks usually look a bit messy by the afternoon. We do not use any fancy software for everything, as sometimes just a pen and a notebook works better for quick notes. If you walk in, you will probably hear three different conversations happening at once. It is a practical setup meant for getting things done. We do not have a big lobby or anything, just a few chairs for people to wait. It is just us doing our daily tasks and trying to make sure the right people end up in the right spots.
