Our address is A-22 in Phase II of Noida, out in Gautam Budh Nagar. It’s a big industrial zone, and United Drilling Tools Ltd. has been here for a long time. The building is a bit older, with that grey concrete look you see all over Phase II. Inside, it’s all about the tools and the machinery. We don't spend money on fancy lobbies or expensive furniture. The focus is on the floor where the real work happens. It can get pretty loud during the day with the drilling and the metalwork, but that’s what we expect. We’ve got a crew that knows the equipment inside out. Most of us have been commuting to this part of Noida for years. The roads can be rough, especially after it rains, but we still make it in. It’s a straightforward operation. We have the office section tucked away in the front, but most of the action is in the back. We don’t really use big words to describe what we do. We just make the tools and send them out. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours sometimes. We eat our lunch in the small break area and then get back to it. It’s a tough environment, but it’s our environment. We know the security guards at the gate and the tea stall guys down the road. It’s just a regular industrial life at A-22. We don't ask for much, just a smooth run of the machines to finish the day.
