Our office is located at Flat No 205/D in the Super Mig part of Express View Appts. This is right in Sector 93 of Noida, which is a pretty well-known residential area. It is a bit unusual to have an engineering and construction company running out of an apartment complex, but it works for us. It keeps things quiet and gives us a steady place to handle all the administrative stuff for Unibild Engg. & Const. Co. Pvt Ltd. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy front desk. It is mostly just a few rooms filled with desks, files, and some computers where we track our projects. Being in Sector 93 means we are close to a lot of our active sites, so we are always moving back and forth. The stairs can be a bit of a climb when the elevator is acting up, but that is just part of living and working in Noida. We usually have people dropping off documents or workers coming in to get their schedules. It is a very down-to-earth environment. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big meetings for no reason. We just sit down, look at what needs to be done for the day, and get to it. The neighborhood is nice, and it is a bit calmer than the industrial sectors. We’ve been here long enough that the guards and the neighbors all know who we are and what we do.
