Our office for U.K Paints India is tucked away in Sector 20 of Noida. The exact spot is B-112. It’s a busy part of the city, and being a division of Berger Paints means we have a lot going on all the time. But inside this specific branch, it feels more like a small family. We have stacks of color charts and paint samples everywhere you look. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The noise from the Noida streets stays outside mostly. We spend our days answering phones and checking on orders for different sites across the state. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't use big words to describe ourselves because we are basically just people who know a lot about paint and how it works on walls. The staff here drinks a lot of chai from the stall around the corner. We have some people who have been with the company for years and some newer faces too. It’s a good mix. Sometimes the internet is slow or the summer heat makes the air conditioning work double time, but we don't complain much. We just make sure the containers are moving and the paperwork is sorted.
