Uflex Ltd has a spot at E 101, Shubhkamna Apartment, F 31, in Sector 50, Noida. It’s a bit of an interesting setup because it’s in a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We like it that way. You don’t feel the pressure of those big industrial zones here. We’re in Uttar Pradesh, right in the heart of Noida. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination. Since we’re part of a larger name, we have to stay on top of things, but our local office is pretty relaxed. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee, and usually, someone brings in snacks to share. The desks are a bit cluttered with samples and folders. We deal with a lot of packaging-related tasks, so there’s always something new to look at. Sector 50 is a nice place to be, and most of us enjoy the commute because it’s not as crazy as other parts of the city. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture or big speeches. We just sit down, do our work, and try to keep things moving. Sometimes we stay late when a big project comes through, but usually, we’re out by six. It’s a practical way to work. We know each other's families and what everyone likes to eat. It’s just a normal group of people trying to do a good job every day.
