Uflex Limited (Cylinder & Flexo Division)

We are over at A-1 in Sector-60. This is the part of Uflex that handles the cylinders and the flexo side of things. It’s a big building, and there’s always something moving in or out. The noise of the machinery is pretty much constant, but you get used to it after the first week. We’ve got a lot of different people working here, from the guys on the floor to the people handling the paperwork in the back. It’s a busy environment. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or making the lobby look like a hotel. It’s a factory, after all. We focus on making sure the cylinders are engraved right and the flexo plates are ready for the presses. There’s a lot of back and forth between the departments, and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic, but the work gets done. I’ve worked in a few different plants, and this one has its own quirks, like the way the light hits the floor in the afternoon or how the canteen always runs out of the good snacks by 3 PM. We aren't here to write poetry about what we do. We just make the parts that companies need for their packaging. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied. If the machines are running, we’re happy. It’s as simple as that. It’s just the daily grind, really, but we like it.
